MJJC gets a 5-star rating for their service alone. My foam cannon was backordered in US, but the company offered to ship it to me from China for no additional charge. It took longer, but less time than waiting for the backordered foam cannon, arriving not long after the rest of my order was received.

When a fitting in the shipment didn't match my pressure washer, MJJC provided an Amazon link so I could get a replacement part quickly (I purchased, they refunded via PayPal). Communication was excellent and personal throughout. Problems happen; how they are dealt with is the true measure of customer service. I would definitely do business with MJJC again and recommend without reservation.
