Your tracking number would be sent to your email and phone number that you left with your order, in 2 – 3 days after your payment.
If you hadn’t received tracking number on time via email or SMS message on mobile phone, don’t worry, you can check your tracking number on your order status page any time.
If you lost the order status page either, just contact us and tell us your order number, then we would check it for you.
For Wholesale Order, tracking would take longer time to be available.
As it takes a few days for tracking to show up on website, you can check the tracking again a few days later if you can’t find tracking update for now.
