The 3.5% tax rate on website is for Paypal or Credit Card charge, it is not actually for paying tax.

We provide return and refund for all product quality issue or shipping issue. However, when there’s tax(tariff) charged by your local Customs Department, the tax(tariff) is supposed to be paid by the buyer. Return is not supported if the undelivery is because the buyer refuses to pay tax.
